I've announced this at Braveheart's but thought I'd mention it here too. I just wish I'd gotten around to signing up here earlier cause this is kind of short notice.

Tonight (Friday, November 18 ) there will be an informal Kilt Gathering at the Mayflower Hotel's Town & Country Bar in downtown DC. The Mayflower is located on Connecticut Avenue just north of the Farragut North Metro Station. We'll be starting at 6 O'Clock (because there is free food until 7) and going on until whenever we feel like. The bar is a really great place with reasonable drink prices, live piano playing, and the ability to smoke (cigarettes, pipes & cigars all allowed).

I really hope some people can make it as this is the first time we're trying to get a gathering started in DC and we hope to do this regularly.
