    Casual sporran
I have come to realize the wisdom of wearing a sporran--either as an alternative set of pockets or as a frontal flash preventative. Sometimes, however, the more formal looking ones just don't seem right with the more "modern" and casual kilts. Also, I've noticed that there is precious little room in there and a wallet, set of keys and maybe a (small) cellphone and it's maxed out and looks bulky.

So, what are some suggestions as for a "casual sporrans?" I know SWK has a new nylon "Cargo Sporran," which is also quite voluminous.

    Thanks!

at the less expensive end of thespectrum I highly recommend the Buzz Kidders. While they are not voluminous, they carry enough for me and arevery nice looking and versatile. They will serve you well in casual wear as well as some swmi-formal occassions.

At the other end...Freelander. Very roomy by all reports, beutifully crafted, and really not that much more expensive for the base models.

I have to recommend the Buzz Kidders as well. I have two, the Rob Roy and the country. They are "casual" in every sense. I also have the Nylon Sporran from Stillwater and recomend it.
You should also checkout the pouches Riverkilt has.
