    Hell-o all,

Just wondering how many of you eat breakfast regularly?

I'm lucky if I get one square meal a day, let alone breakfast. I really should start though, it might help me control my weight.

Not I. I wish I did though. "IF" I eat breakfast, it's a cereal bar out of the vending machine of something....

My breakfast usually comes at noon. Typically, an egg, a slice of veggie bacon, a little cheese, some lettuce, a dab of thousand island, all rolled up in a tortilla.

Keeps me going for hours typically.

Semi-regularly, although I eat something every morning. Why do you ask?

I always eat breakfast, given that it is often the only meal I get until supper. Work is usually so crazy I don't get time for lunch, and when doing surgery it is important that the hands be steady! Therefore the breakfast: A smoothie-banana, pineapple, yoghurt, mixed berries and orange juice; and a piece of toasted whole wheat bread. Musn't forget the coffee, best beloved. Generally I make a point of getting up early enough to have this breakfast every day. The rare days that I do not, I feel discombobulated all day.

    Be well,

    GMan-

I have to get three squares a day-I'm a type 2 diabetic (I take pills, not insulin). If I don't, my blood sugar goes on a rollercoaster ride that ain't no fun!!

I have to take a regular 45 to 60 carbs at each meal with a snack in between to stay between 90 to 120 mg/dL on my meter.

Want to eat healthy-try a diabetic diet! No Kidding!!

I'm a student in high school so breakfast is a must to survive my classes awake. Besides, I have one of the last lunch periods of the day at nearly 1:00 PM and I eat breakfast at about 6:00 AM. Can't function without it.

A big hot bowl of oatmeal every morning! Usually Apple cinnamon or brown sugar and raisins. Part of my morning ritual at work before things get going and get too out of hand. Stays with me if I have to postpone lunch because of "issues" with users on our network.
