    Why I hate USAKilts!
Why do I hate USAKilts you may ask? Well let me tell you –

    1) They answer the phone when you call, and if you leave a message – They call you back!

    2) When you speak to someone at USAKilts – you are talking to one of the owners, not just an employee or intern.

    3) If you send an email or PM, you will get a response within hours if not minutes from USAKilts.

    4) When you visit the store, Rocky always has “something special” he is working on and pulls it out from behind the curtain to tease you and get your ‘jones’ going.

    5) They usually have ‘something’ on the rack or in the case that you just have to have when you visit.

    6) No matter how busy they are, they always treat you like you are their only customer.

    7) They actually work with you to design your kilt – stripe, set, length, tartan, material, etc.- everything you buy (with the exception of the USA Casuals) is CUSTOM work.

    8) You actually get a call when you kilt made it to the top of the list – another when it’s done and on the way.

    9) Rocky and Kelly are always smiling and excited about something that they are doing.

    10) They really and truly believe in 110% customer satisfaction.

    11) They actually remember your name and treat you as a friend, not just a customer.

But, the number one reason I hate USAKilts is that they just make it too $%#@*& easy to buy a kilt!!!!!!!!

You could just arrange a monthly allotment to them... cut out the work of having to write those checks or swipe the plastic!

    I have considered that :)

Perhaps they can start offering 'Payroll Deduction'?

I'm sure Rocky & Kelly would love to work something out with us!

Yeah! The freaking nerve of those two!

But, you know, even the casuals are "custom work" unless you buy an "off the rack."

I hate when Rocky says something and you misunderstand him. He said my kilt would be done in a week and a half, when he REALLY said "You will HAVE your kilt in a week and a half" and I did at that!!!

I can't believe to get to the front of the line they charge the extremely over inflated rate of $25. The nerve of some people when they deal with people with a dependency problem.

I'd have paid a lot more for twice the wait if need be.

Perhaps we should start talking to our Congress-people and see if they could create a "Flexible Kilting Account"? Similar to a medical "Flexible Spending Account" (FSA) payroll deductions would taken out as pretax dollars and be available for use at specific vendors of Celtic goods.

I do see a problem, with a FSA you can get reimbursed before the money is collected from your payroll deduction. If this is allowed in the FKA there would be a rush to order the first month of each year.

    Email you representative today!

Obviously, Rocky and Kelly have a great deal to learn about customer service. Hopefully one day they can measure up. (Tailoring pun!)
