At about 5:15 this morning Kylie Anne Rose decided to join us in this world. She is our first granddaughter after two grandsons which makes my wife one excited woman. It's not like the other two aren't spoiled but I fear for my credit cards on this one. :D Kylie is 6 pounds 8 ounces and arrived a little early but not as bad as her brother. The original due date was about April 8th but in order to keep away from the Easter weekend she was scheduled for a c-section on March 30th. (That was only due to her brother being born two months premature with some complications) I will see her this afternoon and when I get pictures I will set up a little website for her. I think her brother is prepared for a new sister but I'm sure that we will be having him for company many times during the transition period. Mom and baby appear to both be doing well. Early reports are that Kylie has some strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes but that can change with babies pretty quickly.

Just thought I'd share as this is a fun time. I'll post the website tonight after I get some pics.

Congratulations on the new grand baby! But be honest, which would you rahter spend money on, a new grand child or a new kilt?
