    Burns Nite in Utah

Found this on the The Utah Scottish Association website

    http://www.utahscots.org/burns.html

My wife is a No Red Meat person. Not sure if we will be going. Need to call and see what other menu they might have.

Most venues where a Burns Night is held should offer a vegetarian alternative. And, most Burns Suppers here in the colonies do not serve just Haggis, but usually one or two other plated alternatives.

    Cheers,

    Thanks for the post neighbor,

Won't make the Burns supper, may make it to the games in June.

Great! I wish I could convince my "co-organiser" of our Burns Night to offer Salmon as an entree choice for our supper!

    Come on over Derek,
Air fare to Utah is never cheap from the east coast. My wife is going for a long weekend to upstate Ny. this weekend for a wedding and it was $325. If you want you can doss at our place, We are about 56 miles from the city and your wife can come to the Burns dinner even if it is in a PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH in Utah. lol
