Great news!! I just received a tracking update from FedEx: The first Fitzsimmons tartan kilt ever made is on its way home with an expected delivery date of March 7, 2006. No matter how mundane it may seem, this is a bit of a historical moment in the history of kilts and tartans; to me it goes beyond 'jones-ing'. And for those who are wondering...A huge Thank you! to Matt Newsome for making the kilt...Matt, I can't wait!!
I trust you'll place some well posed pictures up on the board for all to share. This kilt will no doubt be an heirloom enjoyed and treasued by your progeny.
