Kilted Finns
I found this cool pic of one of my favourite bands, Finntroll. They are a Finnish folk metal band with polka influences. Looks like they are wearing leather kilts.

Oh yeah! You are right. They perform in kilts sometimes. How I haven't ever remembered to mention that!? By the way, they are actually singing in swedish. But that's our second official languege.

No, he's not kilted. His usual trademark is an ankle-length fur coat/vest, harkening back to Old Norse dress.
