Sporran Help
Does any one know of any sporran makers who do custom work? I have a couple of kangaroo pelts which I've been holding on to for years and I thought that they would make a cool sporran.
Thanks,
Keith

I'd suggest contacting the guys at Freelander Sporrans...They might be able to help you out!

Sorry to dissappoint over this
We don't do that type of sporran. I'd suggest
you make contact with Craigie or Rudi .They do some nice work.
Good luck

Seems that you ought to be able to find a leather worker locally that could knock one up for you. A pattern that has been kicked around here is available at:

...in the "good old days" there was nary a college town in Michigan that didn't have its share of "native crastsmen" doing pottery, leatherwork, macrame (macrame?....that WAS a while back, wasn't it?). You might find someone at a craft fair or contact a local reenactors' group for leads.
Best
