    Lamb's Woolly Productions #2

I finished my second kilt today and road tested it on my walk around town. Few people no coments.
It is a poly/wool blend, five yards pleated to the stripe.
As far as I can find out the tartan has no clan or local to clam it.
I enjoy creating something new and I made a lot fewer bobo this time so it was a lot easier to do..
I can make a kilt to my likes and size, big around the middle with no **** to speak of.
I have enough material to do another one
If you can't tell pron the pictures the kilt is a light grey with blue and white stripes with a red stripe.

What was the weight of the material and the yardage out of curiosity. Looks great and a good fit.

Yup. Same stuff that I made my "practice" pleated-to-the-sett kilt out of. It's a bit light, but you get a lot of pleats out of a smallish length of material because the sett is only 4.5 inches. For that reason, this is great stuff to practice on, and it looks pretty good. I must say that my 6-yarder out of this stuff has the nicest swing of all of my kilts.

I think we ought to make this stuff an unofficial X-Marks Tartan... You know, like how Stewart of Appin is different from the Royal Stewart tartan?

    XMarks of British Columbia? LOL
