How do you know you have a loyal customer?

So, just how does a Kiltmaker know that they have loyal customers.

Well, some may say "When the customer has more than one of your Kilts."

And some may say "When the customer passes on a word-of-mouth recommendation."

But I now have proof of a loyal and dedicated customer.
Ron has three of my Kilts. He came into the shop this morning to pick up his fourth and had to show me this-------------

That's great! I don't have any tattoos, but somehow that makes a lot of sense and is appealing to me.

You know... there are bars out here and in Texas that give discounts to customers who get branded with the bar's mark...

I have seen a couple of guys sporting tattoos of the Utilikilts circular logo. I like it.

Now that's what I call dedication. ANd also a testiment to the appeal of your logo--great job to both of you' one for the tattoo and sense of loyalty and the other for creating something worth the loyalty.
