    I have an idea

As you can see the number of my posts, I am new to this forum so with that said, excuse me if this has been asked or presented before (I couldn't find anything rleated).

But I have this idea after checking some of your pictures, be them casual, dressy, formal, etc. and specially after seen the variety of colors and color combinations you all come up with.

The idea is, and I'm sure I am not the only one on this, how many we've wondered what our next tartan will be, and what color/accesories combinations we can use or would look good for any specific tartan (or even a solid color for those XK, UK and the like).

So, I could whip a basic 'Kilt Color/Accesory Coordination' online tool so that users can select a tartan (or solid color) for the kilt, then select their choice of long/short sleeved shirts, colors, polos/colors/, tees/colors, ties, hoses, flashes, etc?

You know, select a tartan, a color, a style of shirt, and it will display instantaneously so we can all have a visual idea of how our outfit will look like?

Just wondering if there would be enough interest to put the elbow grease to work or do you think it is a futile effort that no one will use?

Sounds useful to me. There seem to be frequent threads with these types of questions, but I am new as well.

That sounds like a great idea. I know I spend a good bit of time flipping through the pictures to cement just how everything should look.

Sound research will ensure the you don't become...

    ...a kilt don't.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

It would be helpful to me as I am color-blind and need all the help I can get...without relying too much on my girly-friend.

Wait, I don't understand, are you asking for some tool that you dress up like an action figure (I'm a guy, no dolls) so we can see how something would look like?

No, I'm asking if there would be interest for me to develop a tool that would allow you to see how any given kilt would look with any given shirt/hose color combination.
