Identifying and finding ancient stewart tartan

I'm trying to identify this tartan from a photo that Barbara posted a long time ago. I think it's an old stewart but I'm trying to find it in 16oz weight and have had no luck yet. any help?

    Thanks.

    Rob

Thanks for the info, but on tartan web it's only available in 8oz and on the loch website there's no mention of the weight, do you think we can get it in different weight? any source outthere?

    Thanks again
    Robert

    CoolBob,

The proper name for this Tartan is "Weathered Stewart, Old Sett".

I remember Barb making this Kilt. Please know that this Tartan has an
    incredibly large Sett. About 15".
Even Barb had the bolt of fabric sitting around for a few years till she felt confidant enough to figure out how to pleat it.

    I wear the kilt because:
    Swish + Swagger = Swoon.

In other words: buy the tartan and send it to Barb!
