Wide Leather Belts
Hello to my XMTS family,
I'm looking for a couple of wide belts in black and brown, preferrably wider than 2 1/2" up to 3" (waist size is a tight 36")...Does anyone know if there are belts made that wide and if so, provide a reference or link?
Your help is much appreciated.
Respectfully,

Contact Steve Fraser at Oconee Leather Works.
They are not on his site but he has made belts for Big Mikey 3" wide.

Lowes and Home Depot carry a large leatherwork belt. I have several that I wear. Here's an older thread that has an excellant pic or two of them.

I second steve fraser! I have two, one black dress/day, one brown day wear. Of course I had to get color matching sporran's from turpin too.

Thanks guys!
Chase, I've got a 3" two prong buckle in nickel and a few 3" brass single prong buckles on hand.

Chase, check out Steve's website for pics and a review by myself and Splash 4. The three inch belt is probably the best accessory I own and definitely gets the most action of any belt I own.

I just hate coming late to the party, but I just have to ring in on Steve's behalf. (I don't get any kickbacks or anything, but the truth is the truth.)
You won't find a better product anywhere--and certainly not at any of the "standard" kilt stores--than you''' find at Oconee. Steve's stuff is the best anywhere, and the price is very resonable, especially when you compaare his stuff to what you'll find at the games. I like the games stuff OK, but it ain't what you'll get from Steve.
So there. Good luck.

Oconee. Steve's stuff is the best...
Agree! He does great work! I recently received a black 2 1/2" 2 thorn roller buckled belt from Steve and it's an excellent piece. Had to wait a while, but his stuff is custom made to order so that's to be expected. Highly recommended!
