A recent viewing of The Road, based on Cormack MacCarthy's novel, put me in mind of the somewhat similar but much earlier British flic No Blade Of Grass. Subsequent efforts to find a DVD or VHS copy of No Blade Of Grass. anywhere in North America have been futile. Does anyone remember the film, and also is it presently being sold in the UK? If so, I'll put my spies on it.... The plot made quite an impression on me, possibly because I'd been brought up on stories and movies about the Blitz et al and here were Londoners shooting each other.
