wool casual vs pv semi traditional
Hello again,
I have been trying to research this with the search button but I am becoming overwhelmed, so I thought I would ask.
I am down to a wool 4 yd casual from B&S or the pv semi trad from USA kilts. (about the same price)
I understand both are good companies and good workmanship.
From what I can gather 16 oz wool seems to be preferred over pv, in general. (I am from Alabama and it gets hot so please correct me if I am wrong)
I am trying to figure out if a wool B&S casual compares in fashion to the casual from usa kilts.
I want a level of formality about on the level of the semi trad. (I can wear to work on casual fridays but still to a ren fair)
Does the fabric make the B&S casual more formal, so it would be on par with a semi trad USA Kilt.
Part of me is concerned that the lighter p/v would not be as nice as a 16 oz wool 4 yard.
thank you guys.
