WW2 KD Shirts
I am trying to track down a British/Canadian WW2 shirt and I am not quite certain if I am on the right track. It appears that the shirts were made from Aertex fabric and were called (KD) Khaki drill jackets or bush shirts. I have seen both 4 pocket (KD Jacket) and 2 pocket versions.

Here is a reproduction of an Aertex shirt. This shirt's collar is a little different than the one above

this one is a Repro, originals would be hard to get, I had to settle with post war greek battledress for my Dorset Regiment Pioneer Sergeant Impression as even repro BDs are ungodly expensive

I hope this helped abit, good luck in your search

The WWII re-enactors around here all seem to wear reproduction Aertex KD shirts from What Price Glory.
I need to get one myself!
Note that WPG sells the British, Canadian, and Australian patterns, which are all different.
Here's the WPG British pattern KD Aertex shirt:

The What Price Glory ones aren't too bad, $200 for jacket and trousers.

Here's my TOS, BD jacket, and khaki hose all from WPG. (The jacket is actually symmetrical, I just laid it out crooked.)

this pic shows the colour of the jacket better

About your WWII shirt
This might sound silly, at first. But the older boy scout shirts look very similar to the shirt in your photo...could be a less expensive alternative?
