Celtic Croft Phillabeg
I thought I could have a kilt made by a good seamstress here in town for cheaper than I could buy a kilt but the best seamstress I know looked at Barb's book and decided that she didn't have the time or energy right now to do something that complicated. So I guess I am going to have to buy a kilt online.
What do you guys know of Celtic Croft's phillabeg? How does it stand up to the casual kilt as well as casual kilts from say Freedom Kilts or NeoKilt? I would likely go with a medium weight twill, stitched in, box pleated, 4 yard. If I went with freedom kilt I would probably go with a basic cargo kilt (no added pockets). Me and Josh (neokilt) have been shooting e-mail back and forth but one of his replies died in transit so I don't know if his kilts would work for me yet.
Also how is Celtic's stitching compared to other companies?
