Not a tartan but...anyone recognize this tweed?

I was at the Sterling, NY renaissance festival yesterday and saw some tweed cloth that I really loved. It was labeled "Islay Green" tweed and was basically a mossy green/yellow fleck with very thin verticle and horizontal red lines. The booth operator could not tell me which mill from which it came (they get cloth from several sources). I wanted to buy a couple yards to have it made into a kilt but they would only sell me the entire 5 yard amount for $420.00. That was too much for me. Anyway, I've been trying to find it on the web but have had no luck. Does anyone recognize it and know if/where I could get my hands on some?

The name sounds as if it might just be an "identification" like "Tacoma" for the Toyota pickup. I do like the looks of the fabric, though. It would also make a very nice Kilt Jacket if it went well with your tartan.
