Over the past few months I have been looking in to get information on how to wear a kilt. The SEABEEs have a tartan, and most choose to wear it as a tie and cumber bun. The way I saw it was, if we have a tartan, it should be worn the way a tartan should be... so I purchased a 16oz 8 yard SEABEE kilt and wore it at the SEABEE Ball in dinner dress.
