First time out...
...in Ireland!
Yes, that's right, I did it. I wore my kilt last night and I gotta say, it was great! ONLY positive. I have no idea why I was so nervous before! All of the girls kept giving me these coy glances, and later when I was at the pub, I walked up some stairs and this Aussie said "Ah, you just walk up here because you know all the birds watch you!" Later, I ran into a Scot who approached me, slapped me on the back, saying "Is guid tae ha'e yae here!" we talked for awhile (he bought 3 rounds) and we had a great conversation.
So, just like back at Beloit College, I've decided Fridays will be kilt night.
