			 SWK thirfty quick fix

The velcro on my thrifty is dead. The almost bald panel is almost about to fall off the fabric to boot. (Sure, I guess I should have got the bigger size for less stress on the velcro, but anyways....)
Right now, my temp fix is to use a binder clip (from the same package that the ones with fishing weights that I use to fix pleats came from, sans the added lead) to clip it shut.

anyone have any better ideas (I know I could replace the velcro) than the binder clip? Granted, it isn't a kilt that I go out in, bu I am thinking the binder clip is actually working quite well, perhaps someone with more skill should design a pub kilt with two clips for the purpose of selecting the size, might be better than the velcro. Or not.
