Best customer service in the business!
This is a member review of the service I was and am being given at Burnetts and Struth.
I bought a Tweed Argyle jacket and vest (charcoal)through them which I ordered last summer. It took a while to come as there was some sort of problem with the order, a system glitch or something along those lines. Problems can happen with orders from any company but it's how they deal with them and how they stand behind their products that sets these companies apart. This order has just been had one problem after the other and I totally feel like a pain in the *** customer but these guys have been absolutely amazing! I live in Toronto, an hour siuth of Barrie, there are two other Scottish stores in Toronto but Burnetts totally outshines them in every way. I bought my kilt and fly plaid through them (hand stitched, 8 yard, 16oz Stewart of Atholl Modern tartan) and they are top quality. I plan on getting a pipers plaid and pipers doublet from them next for piping at weddings and I'll get it from them because I know that I'll get what I pay for and walk away a happy customer. I just thought that I should post this here for anyone who is wondering who to buy their kit through.
Anyway, thanks Again Margaret.

As you know I've been a customer of all the tartan shops in and around Toronto and I could not agree more. When my Aunt wanted a jacket in my Uncles tartan, (he had just passed away). They were wonderful, when I took her up for her first fitting it was perfect. They have become my favourite local shop, so much so that I've had no reservations in recommending them to others and even driving friends up and picking up gifts there for out of towners.

When I needed my casual kilt from B&S altered (measuring error on MY part) Brandon was great to work with.

I also highly recommend B&S.
I have previously purchased 2 casual kilts "off-the-rack". One for myself and one for my daughter. Currently, they are making my 16oz casual, and I can't wait. Yes it is only a $199 special, but it will still be a made in Canada wool kilt.
Now I save my pennies for a full 8 yarder for my year as WM (only a couple of years away)
