Piping progress
Last night when I arrived at my weekly pipe lesson I was greeted by the Pipe Major for the band and asked to play five core tunes, which I did.
While not my best, it was apparently good enough, and he advised I had successfully completed my audition to the band.
So now, rather than being a student piper to the band, I am a novice piper of the band.
I have told myself that my next kilt will be earned not bought and I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, which is good as my aquisition disorder is gearing up with all the great stuff you have all been posting lately!
