I originally ordered two pair of Lewis hose and two pairs of garter ties. I got an email back that one color was not in stock and what did I want to do?

We were only able to trade one email each day since I am so many time zones away from the shop and can't get to my personal email from behind my office firewall server. We modified my order as a team so everything could ship all at once and now.

My stuff arrived today and I am pleased both with the quality of the goods I received and the speed of delivery. For customer service during the sale Matt and his team have a well earned A plus.

Now that I have a basic hose wardrobe I can be a little more patient about adding colors in the future ;-)

About the tank I ordered five weeks ago...

I had a very similar experience. I ordered 2 pair of hose- one Lewis, and one with the specialty cuffs. I needed at least one of them for St. Patrick's Day. Matt sent me one sepparetely from the other just to make sure I had them for the parade. Turned to not be necessary. Matt got me my specialty pair 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and I have them for the parade, anyway. Yes, his customer service is spectacular!!

Yup. The hose are great too. I have pathologically kept shopping the internet for kilt hose. My next four pairs will be coming from STM.

I may have to pick up some purple garter ties to go with yellow hose too, if I can only find the right sweater...
