SWK (Deployed edition!)

Well, i ordered my first SWK (Standard, Irish National) plus some other assorted goodies on dec 27th and I am anxiously waiting for it all to arrive. Oh, heres the bad part, Im currently deployed in the middle east and I didn't have a way to pay online so........... I had to mail a check through the slow slow slow military postal system and then wait for my new kilt to get to me through said system...................

IT'S KILLIN ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I can't wait for it to get here and as soon as it does I'll be posting pics!

I'm sure if you had asked, at least one member of this forum would have paid online for you (and been willing to wait for your check) to speed up the whole process.

Pictures are required once you get the package, it's a rule.

I can promise you that any holdup will not by from SWK.

I'm surprised that you don't already have your order. It must be that your unit's mail room clerk is drooling over your order before re-taping it before it gets to you. I swear, I once made an order through SWK, and watched it materialize in my living room like it was Star Trek transported.

Mickey, I'M THE POSTAL OFFICER!!! lol. On another note, I did get confirmation that they recieved my payment today, so I should be wearing a new kilt here in the desert within the next week or two.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone, I really need to take some pics of my current kilt that i have over here. When I bought it this past summer I was told it was a SWK, but now I have my doubts.

I'll get on those pics of the old one here in the next day or two
