    Linen Kilt Jackets- Still available?

Matt, a year or so ago you had some linen options available for kilt jackets, but I don't see them on your website.

Are they still an option, or was it just not enough of a draw to keep it available?

    Thanks

I'm not Matt, but they continue to be offered on the STM website Artificer.

LOL, thank you. I was starting right at it and somehow totally missed it, clicking on "Kilt Jackets" instead and not seeing the lightweight linen in that category.

Yes, I don't want to compete with the STM so the linen jackets are being sold just through them. Here's the direct link.

I was wearing one yesterday during the Taste of Scotland festival. I anticipated wearing it just for the opening parade and then taking it off, but I actually kept it on all day and was quite comfortable.

I'm a bit of a nut on Argylls. If there were a linen Argyll (cuffs, etc.) I'd buy that sucker so fast....

I'd imagine it could be done. Call the STM and ask Ronan about it.

I actually like the fact that it's stripped down of all the heavy details. It seems more summery/tropical.

Matt- is your jacket in the "Palermo" colour? It's lovely.

Gauntlet cuffs are not an option with this jacket. Don't really think they would look all that great in linen anyway.

Agreed. Save the traditional details for tweed.

    Cheers,
