Gordon small sett
I have a length, double width, of Gordon Modern with about a three-inch sett size. It's Marton Mills P/V. There's enough for a kilt, but I can't figure out how to pleat such a small sett. Any suggestions.
Also, I'm thinking this might be better used for trews and waistcoat. Thoughts?
