Give me that olde tyme religion! Solstice celebrated by our ancestors long before modern organized religions emerged. Primal and in tune with this rock we're all riding together through the void and darkness of space..

Not too good for those of us living in the southern hemisphere. I have been walking the dog at 04:45 and the sun is already up. Today in Perth, Western Australia was a cool 40 celcius/ 104 Fahrenheit Instead of a kilt I wore a wetsuit at Metams Pools.

It was very busy at Stonehenge this morning, which is why I avoided it, it's a real nightmare living so close to the stones.

looking forward to the middle of January when you can really feel the days are lengthening.

    Merry Xmas to all
