I was asked a new question

We had some new friends over the other evening... husband and wife. We have met them on several occasions and I have always been in my kilt. They are both in their late 30's early 40's I reckon. My kilt has never been a topic of conversation with them. That evening though my friends wife asked in passing chat how often do I wear my kilt. I told her that I wear it as often as I possibly can, which of late has been quite a bit. She then asked me do I wear it for the comfort factor or because its something I feel is natural for me to do. I did hesitate for a second and said both actually. She just smiled and nodded in agreement and the conversation changed. Just thought I share that with you all.

    Hi Derek,

My initial reaction to the conversation - was she wanting to know if you like to cross dress? Then I read it again and I'm not sure anymore.

Either way, your friend seems comfortable with the kilt and is only being a little curious as human nature goes sometimes.

She certainly wasn't heading for the door, screaming

I often add that a kilt is healthier for men to wear than pants.

Lately I've been thinking it's healthier not only for the body, but emotionally, as well.
