    New Kilt

I have just finished this kilt and would like to know what you guys think of it. It is medium weight denim with contrasting stitching. Thought I would go for something different. All feedback is welcome.

Gaian, it looks great, kinda a Levis kilt. Great job. I have only one comment, the belt loop on one side should be moved over to the next pleat away from the apron to match the one on the other side of the apron better. A small thing though.

    that new kilt

Yeah, I realized after I took that pic that i could not count. Oy! and such a lot of work it was. but should only take me a few minutes to move that over one pleat.

Great attention to detail there. Thanks.

snaps are done with a pair of snap pliers available at your local sewing supply, fabric store.

I'm no expert, but the craftsmanship is most impressive.

It looks good, but my personal preference is for a wider, more traditionally styled apron.
