Into the Breach, of the courage of Men; the steadfast heart, the Iron will...
My 30th High School reunion is this coming weekend.
And I....former band kid and nerd cum laude
..................am going, kilted.
well, for the Friday night gathering at Mulligans' Pub, anyway. And the satruday afternoon barbecue hang-out. I'll change in to Aloha Shirt and shorts for the "Jimmy Buffet Meets Middle Age" party on Saturday Night. aloha shirts and tartan leave something to be desired.
Think my classmates from 1971-1975 are gonna be able to handle it? Maybe Katrina will get the hots, FINALLY after all these years ***LOLOL*** what will my Lady say?

Have fun!
I skipped my 30th Reunion last year. Not enough folks I was interested in seeing enough to drive 400 miles.

I, on the other hand, often wear Hawaiian shirts with my kilt. To be honest, I've never gone outside the house like that and my daughter says I look like an Australian's nightmare (well, she doesn't know that phrase but that's what she means.)

I agree with Archangel...Aloha Shirt with a Kilt (solid color of course) is cutting edge Parrothead. Go for it!

Wear a really bright and colourful shirt to offset the black, and sandals with no socks.
A battered Panama hat ought to complete the ensemble quite well.
