    Kilted in my Dreams

So, I'm in week thirteen of not wearing pants, only kilts. Last night I had the first dream I can remember where I was kilted in the dream. Just a routine dream about doing routine things, but I was kilted in the dream.

Where's Freud when you need him?

Anyone else have dreams where they're kilted in the dream? Do they start sooner, or am I right on schedule after three months being kilted full time?

    Ron,

I have actually had a dream where I was kilted, and one of my female co-workers said she dreamt about me kilted! I think that was on one of my other replies to a thread of yours. Anyway, the dream actaully was work focused. The day before the dream we had some senior types from one of our largest clients come to our office for some meetings. I had walked over to talk to my manager and these gentlemen were meeting in the next office over. My manager (who has acquiesced to the kilt, but is still not what I would call comfortable with it) mentioned that these folks were next door. He was trying to hint that I should go back to my office so I would not be seen. Too late, they walked right by me, and I saw them again walking down the hallway and they definitely looked at what I was wearing but did not say anything. These folks represent a very large, upscale, retailer that actually sells a kilt on their websit, not sure about the store, in fact I think there was link to it recently on another thread. Not going to post it here to maintain some anonymity for my employer. Anyway, my dream involved these gentlemen coming to me with a request to talk about kilts with them so that they could better target the market with kilts! They wanted to buy me kilts from different sources and then review them for quality, style, and reception by the market and after I had I could keep the kilts!!! In truth, this dream obviously had some fantasy elements as that would be a dream job for me, and probably many on XMarks.

Well, I'm into month 7 now of being kilted full-time outside of work, and it was only last week that I had a dream where I consciously remember being kilted. It was a sunny afternoon, the dogs were running in the yard, the cat was content as only a cat sunning herself can be, there was a beautiful woman by my side, and I was in a kilt. In short, everything was good with the world. Best night's sleep I've had in months.

You dreamed of everyday things, and one of your everyday things is wearing a kilt. If you start dreaming about chasing sheep while yelling "More wool! I need more wool for kilts!" then I would worry...

Oh yes I too dream of being kilted. Sometimes it is living as myself years ago, and other times in the present.

It is funny though no one comments on the kilt in the dreams either.

Yep. Had a female work colleague mention she had a dream where I was wearing my kilt. (She's only seen me in it twice!) I also had a dream last week about being kilted. Felt freer and easy rather than being a very conscious 'I'm in a kilt' dream. Having said that I was on school holidays and had been wearing my kilt a couple of times anyway!
Then there's the dream where a very repectable kiltmaking company send me free 8 yd 'er........
