    St.Andrews Day Piccies

It went well, the weather cleared up to be a near perfect evening.
About 30 people came, it was casual (as you can see), the pipe band played and the scottish country dancers danced. All had a great evening.
Two men tried kilts on for the first time!

Graham, It looks as if you had a great time. I would also ask if the two are holding you up. If not.....have another pint! BTW where did you get your sporran?

Very nice. I've got to get used to the International Dateline. Here I was going to wish everyone a happy St. Andrew's Day and you've already had it.

    Graham,

Somehow I knew that you would have those photos up by the time I logged in. Great shots, and am very grateful that those new kilt wearers were holding you up.

It looks like people were enjoying themselves. Now we'll just have to see how many XMarks folk knock on your door for next year's.

Looks like all had a great time.

Of the new kilters, neither kilt looks like my DH's Gunn Modern, but I think I see a Gunn Ancient in the crowd.

Graham, I've been trying to decide between Gunn Modern and Gordon Modern for my next kilt. The gentleman who you identify as a new kilt wearer is wearing Gunn Modern but I can't tell from the shot of the back of the kilt (picture #2) whether it's pleated to stripe or sett...could you please tell me which it is? Whichever it is, it's just right and I think that it's swayed my choice.
