I've moved this thread over to the kilt accessories section. More appropriate there. You might try:

    www.tartanweb.co.uk

They sell the Brian Boru and the Kilkenny Irish jackets with harp buttons.

    Cheers,

    Todd

A lot of military badges and buttons here, some from Irish regiments, which feature a harp.

    More harps here:

Not much luck on buttons with a shamrock on them, although there is a four sided Celtic knot design that's sometimes referred to as a four leaf clover, even though it doesn't look like a clover.

No harps at this site, but a good selection of Celtic Buttons

You be giving me ideas. My replica Trans-western brown Confederate jacket kinda goes with my new Ireland's Nationa semi-trad from USA Kilts. Maybe if I switched from the plain buttons on it now to harp buttons.....

Doesn't look like one of my favorite suppliers has harp or shamrock buttons but you might find some of these interesting:

You might google up Civil War outfitters. My favorite, Grand Illusions, has closed down. But there are others.

Think I've seen harp buttons used on Union Army uniforms for some of the Irish regiments out of New York.

    Good Luck,

If these are for a formal jacket, I would advise against brass uniform buttons.
