    Liquor Cabinet for Graham

I didn't want to derail Grahams "Cheers to all" thread, so I'll post here.

Sometimes you have to improvise. I finally ended up getting a multi-adjustable-shelf wardrobe. Just make sure you have a tape-measure with you when you go shopping, and know the likely minimum spacing you'll need.

The next step is to attach some wire stem-ware hangers to underside of the top (you can see them on top of the cabinet), to take advantage of all the upper space and give me more room on the top shelf.

That's a well-stocked cabinet. Not everyone has a bottle of Chambord Liquer on hand!

The cabinet was a good idea, too.

That's a great idea! I was thinking glass fronted, but yours has some advantages in privacy, and I have some friends who 'dissapprove', so it would not offend them.

Yes it is well stocked, quite an inspiration!

I was thinking a drop down or pull out shelf for pouring drinks would be a good idea too.

I was looking for a glass front as well, but the more I thought about the privacy issue (and the more I couldn't find what I wanted), the more a solid front made sense. Plus the price was right - $199 USD. The drop down is another feature I considered looking for, but I like mixed drinks as well as straight up, so I need to use a countertop that I can wipe down later. ;)

It's in the IKEA Childrens Furniture selection.

...and that bunch of boxes in the lower left is my whisky collection; here's what it looks like by itself.

That red box in the back-right is a bottle of 25 year old Macallan I'm saving for when I finally get my B.A. in something!

I know, I'm just bragging now.
