    Snowshoeing in my SWK

    We went to to Salt Creek Falls last weekend and did a 5 mile snowshoe hike to Diamond Creek Falls. The snow was packed and a bit icy so I didn't have to worry about snow blowing about. Of course, my friends wondered if I was crazy enough to go kilted. I wore my flannel Sportkilt underneath and was toasty all day. My DW is in the grey vest.

    You just look so natural out there in the kilt...who would even venture to guess whether or not it was appropriate snowshoeing garb?
