I just received my latest UK online newsletter

And was surprised to see their addition of "Utilikilts Rule #6" -
'"You will not see any guns on this website. Utilikilts supports the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, but we do not promote the use of guns as expressions of power, superiority, or the glorification of war. The Utilikilt is a superior tool for changing minds, and should be used in lieu of guns for that purpose."
I have been away for awhile (with the Army) and may have missed a thread on this but I didnt see anything when I scanned through recent posts.

Lists their (faulty) reasoning behind this decision. All because "Jenneviere" made an issue of this.
These guys have got to be the biggest hippocrits in the nation - listing taglines of:
" Utilikilts supports the Second Amendment of the US Constitution"
and
"Thank You : to the men and women who risk their lives while serving in our armed forces"
and
"Thank You : to our Founding Fathers who crafted the amazing documents that continue to stand strong despite societal changes they could not have imagined"
and the most amazing, ending the anti-gun page with:
"And - as always - Enjoy Your Freedom"
I immediately called UK and the male I spoke with spoke as if all guns were instruments of immoral and illegal death and destruction.
If you goto the link above you will notice this new rule includes ALLLLLLLL "guns" - paintballs, pellet, BB, probably even cutouts of guns.
Ladies and Gentlemen - this is bunk. I have always respected UK for allowing ALL sorts of people to feel included in their "Utiliclan" - until now when they have slammed the door on law-abiding gun owners, police officer, and even the US Military.
I recognize that their business has the right to make almost whatever decisions it want to. Likewise, I have the power to decide where my money is spent.
The last UK I purchased will be the last one I ever buy. I also will be asking UK to to cease selling ANY camouflage kilts as camouflage must surely be a means to successful violence.
I ask that all military personnel, gun owners, vets, cops, and anyone else who finds this decision to be offensive, to stop buying anything from UK.
