From a University of Las Vegas Libraries Digital Projects web page:

"The photograph is of a pipe band marching
on north First Street toward Fremont Street within Clark's
Las Vegas Townsite in 1905. The band got off the train,
marched up the street to the Arizona Club for a drink,
and marched back to the train."

You gotta admire the kind of people who form a parade just to go get a drink!

Nah, I'm sure there are tons of people who get off the train, stop in for a drink and get back on the train. Some in kilts, too!
