Wink Received kilt #2 + picture

    Good afternoon all,

I'm the proud owner of a new medium weight kilt in Bravehart Modern Warrior tartan from Claighorn (Hector Russell) from Toronto.

It was a monk task removing all these zigzag treads but it worth it.

The feeling of wearing a 13 oz kilt is totally different of a 11 oz one. A hurricane will be necessary to lift it.

This one will be used in conjuction of an Argyle jacket for more formal events like going to a nice restaurant, celtic events or maybe Burns nights.

Completing that order was an Aran sweater that looked great with my first kilt.

Maybe a flyplaid will be get in the future. I presume that it should be lightweight isn't ?

    Looks pretty good....

I might suggest that a plain colored tie to compliment the color of the kilt will complete the look a bit better than the striped tie.

Hector Russell has a reputation around the globe as a top quality kiltmaker.

    Enjoy!
