 Kiltie Hamebrew!
it came time tae harvest oor hops we have growin oot the back....
sae it wuz time tae make a batch o' hamebrew....
fierst ya strap a pinny oan tae protect yur kilt....
and ya bail a gallon o' water....
an add some malt extract....

Ipa
Being a home brewer myself I am jealous of your own personal hop crop. I saw the "assistant" poured an IPA. While I drink all styles and swap up depending on the weather & what I am eating, IPA is my all-time favorite.

I too am jealous of your own private hops patch. On the other hand, nuts, really, never heard of such a thing.
