KCW East coast tour!
SO, as I posted in this thread, I will be in Toronto on business the weekend of the Martin Luther King holiday. As it so happens, I will be DRIVING back from Toronto, and it got me to thinking, how many kilties could I see on such a trek? I already have 4-5 interested in Toronto and the environs, but how many more can we squeeze into a quick trip down the east coast? Now, I have already checked and I am definitely going to stop in and see Rocky and Kelly, and so I assume we can get a crowd there, where else? I mean even just to meet me at a gas station to fill up! Come on all you XMarkers, let's see some action on this. I bet Glassman will make it out if he is feeling well, and if not, I will go to him, got about some others? PossingK, Davedove, upstate New Yorkers, Atlanta contingent, how many can we get for this?
Oh, and I have to stop by and see Hank in SC!

KCW,
Post a map of your planned route and I bet you'll get more takers!

I'll assume Portsmouth, NH is too far off the beaten path from Toronto, but if you happen to be coming through Boston... I think I might be able to get down there.

Binghamton is pretty much directly in your path. I would imagine you'd take I-81 to get from Toronto to eastern PA.
If it is at all possible, I'd be glad to meet you along the way. Perhaps we could arrange a special kilt night at McGirk's.

Our regular monthly kilt night in Binghamton is Saturday night. Is that too early in the weekend for you? If so, like Bob C. says, we could meet up with you on Sunday evening or whenever....

I could take you down town to an excellent little place called "The Blue Ridge Pub" if you happen to mosey through South Carolina.

I'm a semi-regular at the Blue Ridge Brewery too - maybe you are the "other kilted guy" that I've heard rumours of. I go once or twice a month, and used to go all the time to play Jeopardy with some Upstate friends.

Rob, are you coming down through the highlands on your way to ATL? If you come out this way or through Franklin to see Matt Newsome we could get some of our locals together to break bread.
