    MacPherson Tartan.

I'm shopping for my third kilt now. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find a relatively cheap, but nice-looking, kilt in the MacPherson tartan?

It all depends if you are looking for wool, a traditional look, or what.

www.USAKilts.com carries the MacPherson in PV for their Semi-trads as well as the casuals.

www.CanadianCasualKilts.com carries the same line and would also make a wonderful looking kilt for you.

If you are looking for wool, I would suggest www.kiltstore.net or www.scottishkilts.net in their Jura or Lochcarron lines.

Yeah, wool, being warmer, would be better. Considering Wisconsin isn't all that warm...

the semi trad will be fairly warm. The higher yardage of PV was pretty decent.
