Warning no kilts just scenery
These photos were taken in March of Roger's Creek that runs through my reenacting club's land. Typical west coast second growth temperate rainforest; Alder, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar and Hemlock.

Great pics. You certainly have plenty of forestry on your island. My mother's family emigrated to Vancouver Island and I have relatives in Victoria, Cobble Hill, Sooke, Campbell River and Courtenay.

Great Photos !! Nothing better than the Pacific NW unless maybe Scotland itself.
Picture the Star Wars movie where they were riding air scooters through a forrest with lots of hanging moss. It was filmed just south of Vancover Island across the Straits of Juan DaFuca in the US in The HOH rainforrest.

Thanks guys, I will pass on your compliments to the photographer. It is my favorite place to camp. It is wonderful to be under the canopy in the summer. I will be setting up camp next week for two weeks there. C152T, you seem to have the Island covered.

Great pics. It looks like there should be Fairies or Unicorns wandering around in those woods.
