Somebody posted this a few weeks ago - it is a picture of the flooding in England.

Yes it was shown on TV news here.

I didn't hear of any flooding in Ireland at all.

Boys, that is an old photo! It was sent to me a year or 2 ago on St. Paddy's Day as a "dig" to my Irish background. But then again, after imbibing actual Guiness on tap in the Emerald Isle (actually at least once or 8 times dailey!), I can see why my Irish cousins wouldn't be deterred by a little dampness. It is just a shame that the stuff sold here has little semblance to that sold in the Old Country.

It's the same here Irishrob - the stuff "brewed under licence" is a pale shadow of the real thing!

One of the reasons why I needed to have a few pints of the good stuff last weekend!

It's flooding so they went to the pub to celebrate? They have their priorities in order

    Dia Dhuit!

That's no flood, it's just the aftermath of a gentle Irish shower! Which call for a drink (or two)!

I think I see my Grandda in the background!

Yeah, that was from flooding in England a little while back. Smart photo, though! Probably made the photographer a little coin.
