I've seen em at least 6 times and is always a great show.
Thought this might be a good one being Burlington is apparently the epicentre of the SOKS universe

It's a semi open mike place on plains road a few doors west of King St. on the south side. The food's decent.

I find it very hard to believe that there is a bar close to you that you haven't ever heard of....... Married with children getting your down?

Sir, in Canada the per capita ratio of imbibing establishments is almost the same as coffee shop/person (which is currently 14.6:1). So it is entirely possible that not alll establishments are known. With the United States being in such close proxmity the Canadian populace has found being drunk and alert to be most favourable.
Living next to you is in some ways like sleeping with an elephant. No matter how friendly and even-tempered is the beast, if I can call it that, one is affected by every twitch and grunt. Pierre Elliot Trudeau on US-Canadian proximity - 1969.
