    New Ancient Campbell

I've finally got around to posting a picture of one of my newest kilts, an Ancient Campbell by Rocky and Kelly. There is a front and rear shot in the new PhotoPlog section and should be up after the mods approve it. Now all I have to do is get pictures of my Ireland's National, Colquhoun, MacLeod, Gunn, and Gordon kilts. Another beautiful kilt. I noticed that both this and the Ireland's National have a kilting selvage rather than fringe like the others I have. I like the difference, not that I really prefer one finish over the other, I just like change.
    Thanks Rocky and Kelly,
    Charlie

I agree with Jim, that is a good looking tartan.

Charlie we are commenting on how similar it is the Lamont tartan. These two clans lived and married together for centuries. I think they shared a common weaver who was too lazy to invent two distinct tartans. he said heck i will throw in a couple of minor changes and they won't notice anything.

    enjoy it

Yep, the weaver removed the black lines and added a white line to the green panel and called it Lamont.

I like it, looks great! Always liked the color shade combo on that tartan, nice blues and greens.

    Nice colors!
Is that kilt a Semi-Traditional or a Casual?
