    Kilt day

No, its not a holiday, its the day of the week that my kilted friends and I sport our kilts. it happens once a week depending on the weather.

today was a snow excursion, I am in a tan UK and my friend is in a Gorden SWK thrifty.

thought I would share the shinanigans that ensued! if anyone of you has never played in the (very deep) snow in a kilt. I beg you go and do so! its a ton of cold fun!

HAHAHHAHAHA. No No, tomie thats a cartwheel in action.

as for the snow, that would be 2500 parkingspaces about 11 inches deep all shoved into a big mound. and we call it the school's parking lot. and yes we DID get snow, more than you I think. I am about 25 min north of Cinci.

it was a blast the cold isn't what bothers you, its the wet. the snow is starting to melt in the newly found 40 degree weather. so its like 8 inches of snow/slush ontop of 3 inches of running water. hehe. and you fall through.

much fun was had. and the looks we got after school were priceless. highschool kids who are embarrassed to even look at a kilted gent watching us scale the ice mountain!

I ran out into the snow wearing nothing but a lightweight phillabeg the other day. I made sure to roll around in it like a wild dog just for kicks, too. Good lord it was cold!

    I don't know what I was thinking.

This snow you speak of ??? I'm guessing it would be the "white" stuff your standing on?

    I don't get it....really I don't get it...

    Enjoy the sunshine!
