Amazing...Irish crepes...only potato flavored! The fella then proceded to make a reduction of cream and wine and toss in green peas, mushrooms, chicken and fresh spinach and cooking it down till the spinach wilted and served it on the boxty. I'm fer sure doing this one next week.

I have my Irish Grandmother's recipe for stewed potatos. You could almost eat it with a straw. :mrgreen:
