Met another Kilted one.
I just got back from running errands and going to the store (Krogers) - and ran into another kilted old fart.
We had a nice long talk, --he already lurks here, and even knew who I was... That was weird.
He wears the kilt about 5 out of 7 days, thinks it's the most comfortable way to dress. I invited him to our local gathering this Saturday, but he is pre-booked. He enjoys the rabble a lot, but just isn't into posting. We did exchange phone numbers, so will be seeing each other down the road.
Come on Tom - You can at least say Hi!!!!! This place is almost as addictive as kilt wearing!

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

How neat!
Tom, if you're reading this thread, definitely join and say hello. At the very least, being able to receive PM's to communicate with local folks and communicate about gatherings and other information is very helpful! Many people here don't really post, but they still have userid's so they can keep track of things. Go ahead and join and say hello!

It is nice when you run into a fellow kilt person in the local area. I know there are others that wear kilts in the Dayton area but so far I have only identified one. I don't think he checks into this group but he is on BOTK. We are trying to arrange a kilt night but so far our schedules have been in conflict. There is more activity in Cincinnati and Columbus. I guess I just need to take a road trip.
